I am one to give the benefit of the doubt until it becomes clear they are using shady business practices to justify injuring an animal that is helpless and incapable of vocalizing their own experience. One should not need to leave their own reviews or need to post family pictures to try to eliminate the truth.
Horrible and very shady. My dog was cut and bleeding; on top of that, not that it matters after the injuries, but the cut was very choppy. Not sure what is going on here, but clearly some customers are getting one type of service and others are reporting another. I wish I had read the FB page, Angie’s list and a few other reviews fully, because I now see that the owner of this business is the one leaving reviews and ratings for their own service to bump the bad reviews and PICTURES from view. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t feel awful for leaving our very loved family member here.

Thanks for the good reviews. I've only groomed for 40 years and never seen such mean people in my life. The person in question Mr Wrong doesn't tell the true story and will be sued for bad publicity stunt here. Saying his dog was badly neglected is putting it mildly. A first time customer out to dirty my name. Same with the other review. She came here for 10 years at least. Got a clumsy groomer, fired her immediately and now she works in town. So I paid 1500, vet. Bill out of pocket and groomed all 3 of her dogs for free for 3 years. Taking advantage of this offer she brought them all 3 in every 3 months sometimes sooner just for a bath. I did this as I hoped she would not slander my name as she has. So thankful Brenda. My husband got Luekimia and I was broke so I needed money and she still expected free haircuts. Which she probably figured out no one can do her dogs for less than 200 bucks and retaliated. Mean spiteful people. I never did damage to either dog. Linda

Our little guy went in for a full groom and returned with cuts around his nose and eye area. When we returned to discuss this finding with the owner; I have to say our experience was much like the reviewers from Angie's List. We thought an owner of a business would want to know what happened in case it was an employee who had done this. Well, we were shocked, to say the least, when the owner turned her back on us while we were explaining we wish we had known so we could have put antibiotic ointment on our Shi-tzu sooner. She proceeded to turn her back and walk away while we were talking and showing her pictures; leaving her employee to handle the concerns we had. The employee's response was, while rolling their eyes at the owner's blatant rude behavior, "I am sorry, but I have no idea what to tell you; I only work here."
They should NOT be offering services to vulnerable animals in which such complete disregard is given to their safety and well-being.
